About the role

As a Sales Representative at Frances Wright Agency, you'll be the first person a prospect meets and the trusted advisor a client keeps for years. You'll learn the craft of insurance from producers who do it at the highest level — and earn accordingly.

What you'll do

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Quote, present and bind auto, home, life and small-business policies.
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads and agency-sourced referrals.
  • Review existing accounts annually and recommend coverage updates.
  • Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face conversations.
  • Property & Casualty / Life licensing — or willingness to obtain (we sponsor).
  • Prior sales, service, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
