As a Sales Representative at Frances Wright Agency, you'll be the first person a prospect meets and the trusted advisor a client keeps for years. You'll learn the craft of insurance from producers who do it at the highest level — and earn accordingly.
What you'll do
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Quote, present and bind auto, home, life and small-business policies.
- Follow up on warm inbound leads and agency-sourced referrals.
- Review existing accounts annually and recommend coverage updates.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face conversations.
- Property & Casualty / Life licensing — or willingness to obtain (we sponsor).
- Prior sales, service, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
